Compliance
Checked before a booking is confirmed
A booking is not confirmed until the platform has checked that person's compliance against what the shift requires — a current registration, a valid visa condition, an in-date certificate. Your manager finds out before the shift, not after someone turns up without the right paperwork.

Appears in the shortlist for shifts that require it.
Document lapsed
Removed from new bookings until it is renewed. Nobody has to notice.
