Pricing

Pricing that scales with how many shifts you run

Priced on the shifts you actually confirm each month, not on how many people sit in your pool between them. Tell us the volume you run and we will scope it with you.

Comparing a per-shift cost against what your current process costs in admin time? The ROI calculator works out the second number.

The main difference

How much of the matching the platform does

This is the single biggest functional difference between tiers, so it is worth seeing outside the feature list. In every case the matching happens across your own pool — it never sources anyone from outside it.

  • Foundation

    Manual

Your team searches and shortlists from your pool directly. No ranking is applied.

  • Momentum

    Assisted

The platform ranks your pool by qualification and proximity for your team to review and confirm.

  • Enterprise

    Full

The platform matches and confirms bookings automatically against rules your team sets, with your team able to override any booking.

Questions about pricing

What counts as a confirmed shift for billing?

A shift is billable once a worker has accepted it and the booking is confirmed — not when it is posted. Posting a shift that nobody takes costs nothing, and neither does having people sitting in your pool between shifts. That is deliberate: charging per person in the pool would penalise you for building the bank of regulars that makes the whole thing work. Exact treatment of a shift that is confirmed and then cancelled is being finalised, and we will state it plainly here rather than leaving it to the fine print.

Can we change tiers later?

Yes, in either direction. Moving up takes effect immediately so you can use the capability you have just paid for. Moving down takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle rather than immediately — worth knowing, because it means a downgrade requested mid-month does not produce a refund for the remainder of that month.

Is there a cost per worker in our pool?

No. You pay a monthly base fee and a rate per confirmed shift. Workers register and use the app at no cost to them and no cost to you, however many of them are on your list. A pool of two hundred casuals where thirty work in a given month is billed on the thirty.

Does this include the cost of migrating off our current system?

Onboarding is included at every tier, and Enterprise adds a dedicated onboarding contact. The part that takes real effort is not the software setup — it is getting your existing casual list registered with their documents uploaded, and that pace depends on your people rather than on us. We would rather tell you that up front than describe it as instant.

How do we work out which tier fits?

The number of confirmed shifts you run in a month is the main driver, followed by whether you need one roster view across multiple sites. If you are not sure what your monthly shift volume actually is, the ROI calculator asks the same questions in a different order and will get you to a figure.
